Testimonials
- You "punch above your weight class." I love how eager you are to jump in and challenge yourself. Your work supporting our sales process, leading it, but also dealing with radically different opinions and approaches is really impressive. You go with the flow when that's the right call, and then educate your colleagues when you need people to follow your lead. It's a difficult balance to strike and you do it with grace.- The way you handle pressure and maintain a calm demeanor is impressive. It sets a great example for the rest of us!- You have incredible talents and think like an investor. I am grateful for all that you put into Parker Remick and supporting others so much. You are a gifted person in your communication, your analytical skills, and your presentation. You help other people first and yourself last. Thank you for being a great colleague and friend.- Uhhh there are no words to describe you accurately. I would have to use word sounds. Lil John going, "Yeayah, Let's Go" comes to mind. Amazing coworker and super cool person all around.- Uddhav's ability to identify, scope, and action on an improvement opportunity is incredible. Since jumping into more formally supporting our BD efforts, Uddhav has elevated our GTM capabilities in multiple ways.- Uddhav is a machine. He's so productive and efficient. He's so capable across many dimensions. He's made material contributions to our BD effort. He gets this business. I foresee him making great strides in the coming year. I appreciate seeing him get better at his craft.- Uddhav strikes the perfect balance between work-serious and sociable-fun. He'll bring the productive, polished, work focus, and also the on-the-mark jokes and stories to keep it fun. The best energy: having fun, and getting it done.

Newsletter and Thought Leadership

My intention is to write content that an ambitious, growth-mindset-oriented individual such as yourself would find intelligent, nuanced, and actionable, but in a format thatβs not comprised of generic articles featuring truisms and clickbait titles, nor 3-4 hour podcasts/YouTube videos from famous internet people. When it comes to personal and professional development, I believe good, thought-provoking content requires a personal touch driven by reflection and intentionality, and an intelligent synthesis of content from disparate areas of study.Be One Percent Better aims to cater to a community of like-minded people with a strong passion for maintaining a growth mindset: being in a constant state of growth, learning and development, and progress. This newsletter will feature a combination of short-form and longer-form content, with most reads being under 10-15 minutes in length. Most of the content will be primarily qualitative and I will only share tools and strategies that I have tried/vetted myself to ensure that the content is realistic and actionable, in addition to discussing personal experiences and learnings. This page is called Be One Percent Better in recognition of the exponential benefits of compounding tiny gains. Striving to do just one thing that makes you 1% better a day compounds to 3778%, or almost 38x, over a year, whereas complacency results in 97% erosion of ability over just 1 year (now think about what that means for a 80-year lifespan).
